I'm Jenny Jackson. I created Sylvia’s Heart in memory of my late mother, Sylvia, who worked for many years as a caregiver and believed deeply in dignity and love for older people.

With a background in psychology, neuropsychology, and adult education, I was inspired by her journey with Alzheimer’s and the discovery that she could still play cards and read long after her memory faded.

These resources draw on Montessori principles, memory science, and a deep respect for the person behind the diagnosis. I hope they honour Mum's heart and help you connect through joy, presence, and care.
